Thank you to Joe and Walter for setting up this new group. I've sent a message to support on groups.io to see if there is anyway of implementing a system for group uses to donate directly to the running of the premium service on groups.io for their specific mailing list. I'm assuming collecting the funding is a problematic issue for a lot of public information groups like ours and it would be in groups.io best interest if they could provide a solution to help. I'll let you know if I get any replies.

Sorry we will need to pursue the current course of funds collection.
Got a reply this morning, " Due to the high volume of support requests right now (aka we're a bit overwhelmed!), we're unfortunately unable to provide a specific answer to your question." I will keep the idea in mind and follow up again next year when things quiet down from the Yahoo evacuation. |
